Solinest & CONIGON – Together for success!

Efficient data management After two years of intensive collaboration, CONIGON and Solinest, one of the leading distributors of branded products in France, are celebrating significant project milestones together – proof of commitment, trust as partners and the desire for digital transformation. As part of a comprehensive digitalisation strategy, Solinest worked with CONIGON to optimise processes and data management in order to simplify and facilitate the daily work of the teams in the long term. The implementation of centralised tools such as the ADIB ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) integration platform in conjunction with the Contentserv PIM system (Product Information System) ensures efficient product data and master data management across all channels. Excellent data basis: A perfectly adapted data model and flexible workflows ensure increased efficiency thanks to streamlined internal processes. PIM: All product data is now centralised, up-to-date and consistent. Around 300 users from various departments benefit daily from clearly structured, role-based interfaces with the help of active, easily configurable ADIB portals: Centralised data integration on one platform: As a central integration solution, the CONIGON ADIB ESB solution ensures highly integrated processes and data flows, e.g. the seamless connection to Solinest’s SAP system. Sustainable competence development: Thanks to the simple configuration, without additional programming effort, Solinest teams are able to control product and master data management independently. Challenges mastered! Such results do not come without hurdles – and the project team has achieved a lot together: Complex requirements from different departments and skill levels were successfully integrated. IT and business were united in a common system landscape. Project management processes were sharpened, priorities clearly defined and implementation consistently managed.
