Objectives

  • Update of the previous Centric PXM Version CS 16 to CS 22.
  • New development of the imports with the ADIB module "Centric PXM Import".
  • Development of exports from Centric PXM to Salesforce CommerceCloud, MAO and Channel Advisor with the ADIB modules "Centric PXM Export" and "Flexmapping".
  • Relocation of hosting, support and further development from Centric PXM and ADIB to Conigon.

Centric PXM Version CS22

  • With the help of the ADIB migrator, the entire data model, all data (>450,000 products in 16 languages) and the relevant settings were successfully transferred to a “fresh CS22” instance.
  • Oudated development code could be removed as part of this project.

Achieved goals

  • Successful migration from CS16 to CS22 thanks to the ADIB migrator.

  • Reduction of the systems and interfaces thanks to the high integration of ADIB and Centric PXM.
  • "Everything from a single source" (hosting, support and application management by Conigon) - and thus relief for internal IT.
CONCLUSION

  • The Centric PXM system is again state-of-the-art.
  • Thanks to ADIB, the version jump from CS16 to CS22 was largely noiseless.
  • All imports and exports now run very efficiently via the ADIB modules
